ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
How Fast Do You Ship? (Processing Time)
Our standard tempo is 2–4 business days from “order received” to “order shipped.” We always aim for presto, not largo, so you get your goodies quickly.
If there’s ever a delay, we’ll post it on our homepage — check there before you start practicing your sad fiddle ballads.
Holiday season? Add 1–2 days for the extra flurry of orders (and snow).
Formula for your mental math:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Date
Rush Processing
Need to cut in front of the orchestra? Rush Processing puts your order first in line and ships it within 1 business day.
Note: This speeds up processing, not the carrier’s shipping time. If you need it faster still, choose a shipping upgrade at checkout.
If we’re too swamped to keep rush promises, we’ll hide that option — no false crescendos here.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping is calculated by what you buy and how far you live from our “music stand” (aka our workshop).
Encore-worthy news: Orders over $50 ship FREE within the U.S.!
International customers: you’re responsible for customs, taxes, and duties (your postal service is the conductor here).
Shipping Upgrades
Want to go from adagio to allegro? Choose a shipping upgrade at checkout. Pair it with Rush Processing (when available) for maximum speed.
Potential Delays
We ship fast, but weather, holidays, or carrier hiccups can cause delays. Once your package leaves our hands, the postal system’s tempo takes over. We can’t promise exact delivery dates — but we’ll always get your order out quickly.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Date (yep, we said it twice so it sticks).
Shipping Protection Policy
Add optional Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order from loss, damage, or theft in transit. If something goes wrong, email hello@fiddlebling.com with your order number and photos of the damage/packaging — we’ll handle the claims and reship if needed.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Return Policy
We happily accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for non-custom items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
- Request cancellations within 12 hours of purchase
We can’t accept returns for custom personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping is on the buyer, and items must come back in original condition for a full refund (minus shipping).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is taking longer than expected, give it a few extra days — especially around holidays. If you suspect it’s gone astray, contact us.
COMMON QUESTIONS
When Will My Order Arrive?
2–4 business days to process, then 3–5 days for standard U.S. shipping. Holidays may add 1–2 days.
Will All My Items Ship Together?
Not always — some items may ship separately due to packaging. You’ll get a tracking number for each shipment.
My Item Arrived Broken!
Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll get a replacement on its way.
Custom Orders
Yes! We love making one-of-a-kind pieces. Just message us, and we’ll create something that fits your vibe. We’ll send you proofs before production. No returns on custom work unless damaged.
Wrong Address?
If we haven’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once shipped, we can’t redirect it. We can’t refund/resend for orders sent to an incorrect address.
Returned to Sender
If your order bounces back to us, you can pay to reship or take a refund minus a 50% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Mugs
Dishwasher and microwave safe. Ink is permanently heat-fused — no fading, peeling, or cracking.
Shirts
- Wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with similar colors
- No fabric softeners
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Cool iron inside-out if needed
- Don’t iron decoration or dry clean

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION POLICY
We believe in keeping the tone upbeat, respectful, and friendly — just like a good jam session. If a customer engages in rude, abusive, or unreasonable communication, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
